Privacy

What we collect

Your wallet address, the message you sign to sign in, your orders (amounts, target token, status, transaction hashes, partner reference), your member number and invite code, referral links between wallets, hourly token balance snapshots used for holder eligibility, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

What we do not collect

Card numbers, bank details, identity documents or anything you provide inside the on-ramp partner's window. That data goes to the partner under the partner's privacy policy. We never ask for wallet secrets.

Why

To run orders, show them to you, pay holder and referral rewards, prevent abuse and comply with the law. Public blockchain data, including your transactions and the order code in a swap memo, is visible to anyone by design.

Sharing

With the on-ramp partner (your wallet address as the USDC destination and the order reference), with infrastructure providers that run our servers, RPC and analytics, and with authorities where the law requires.

Retention and rights

Order and payout records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask what we hold about your wallet, or ask for deletion of data we are not required to keep, at [contact email].
